working with chef Nath

We begin with the Inquiry Form: tell us where and when you’d like to schedule your Inspired Khmer meal. We will confirm Chef Nath's availability and arrange a time for her to come to your home for a consultation. 

You and Chef will discuss available menu options and plan for any special needs or dietary restrictions. This is where the creative process begins: a collaboration to create an experience that is tasteful in every way.You will discuss service options, appropriate wines, how to handle clean up, and other arrangements to create a masterful and memorable event.

On the day of the event, Chef will arrive at the agreed-upon hour, and weave her magic in your kitchen while you prepare a gracious reception. Your guests will be met with a composed host and an aroma beckoning wellness and repose. 

A deposit of 50% of the estimated cost, cash or check, is required to reserve Chef Nath for your event. The balance is due on the day of the event.

Full refund is guaranteed for cancellations made 7 days prior to the event. For cancellations, made fewer than 7 days prior to the even, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
